WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WITH A QUALITY RESTORATION?
You can expect to enjoy your piano like
never before. Your piano will play and
sound incredibly better! Tone and power will be restored. You will notice
the ability to play different nuances, the response and overall playability
will be wonderfully changed. And that's not all!
You can expect to not only recover
the costs of the restoration itself, but you can realize an increase
in overall value in the piano of up to 50% in some cases.
For example, let's say that your Mason and Hamlin piano is valued at
$4000.00 unrestored. You have it restored for a cost of between $8,500
and $9,500. You can expect the insured value of that same piano to be
in the $18,000 to $20,000 range when restored.
So in essence your investment of $12,500 to $13,500 would gain between
$5,500 and $6,500. That is a substantial increase in value! This, of
